Tiered Pricing for Junior and Teen Camps
 

• Tier III   $370 

Camp K firmly believes that every child should experience the powerful impact that summer camp provides, regardless of income. This tier offers families, no matter their financial means, that experience for their child.

• Tier II    $410 

This tier is an opportunity for you to choose to pay a little more to help support the ongoing ministry of Camp K.  

​

• Tier I      $450 

This tier most closely reflects what it costs to provide a camp experience for one camper. This tier gives you the opportunity to help us do more, make needed upgrades and continue to grow in the future.

Cancellation Policies

​

A $75 registration fee is required before a registration can be processed and this money will be applied to the total camp fee. Registration fees will be refunded if registrations are canceled more than 30 days prior to the camp week. If within 30 days of the event, the registration fee ($75.00) is non-refundable but may be transferred to another camper for the current season only.

Group Hold Information

Step 1: Gather all the details - which camp week you want to attend, how many girls, how many boys, will your group be doing all online registration or using paper forms?

Step 2: Email this information to the Camp Office/Registrar at office@mycampk.com

Step 3: The Registrar will create a "Group Hold"  for your group which will reserve boys and girls spots in your selected week of camp. The group leader will get a "Group Hold ID" like 23yourgroupname. As parents go through the online registration process, they will enter in this group hold id which will enable them to register only for your selected week of camp. This group hold id will give them access to the reserved spots. 

Step 3: The group leader will need to communicate the group hold id with the parents. 

Step 4: Your group will have until June 1st for parents to register and use your reserved group hold spots. After June 1, any unused reserved spots will be used to help get other kids off the general waitlist.

Frequently Asked Questions

 

 

Do I have to pay the entire camp fee or can I just pay the registration fee when I register online?

The registration fee ($75.00) is part of the total fee and is due immediately in order to reserve a spot in a week of camp. The remaining balance is not due until the beginning of camp, but you may pay it earlier if you wish. Partial payments are also accepted at any time between registration and the date of the camp.

Is there financial assistance available?

We desire for each child to get to experience camp. We do have scholarships or camperships available to families. Please contact the camp office to get the process started. (office@mycampk.com or 814.632.6024)

If I register online, do I have to use a credit card?

No. You can also use a debit card.

 

What is the medical form?

When you complete the registration online, you will automatically complete the medical form as you fill it out. If you are completing registration via paper registration, please print the medical form off as well and send it in with the registration form.

 

What kind of credit cards does the online registration accept?

Online registration accepts any Visa or Mastercard credit card or debit card.

 

What do I do if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel your registration, please contact the camp office at (814) 632-6024 or at office@mycampk.com. Refer to our cancellation policies for further cancellation information.

 

How do I make sure that I get the Early Bird discount when I am registering online?

If you register online by the Early Bird deadline, the Early Bird discount will automatically be credited to your account.

What is the Digital Photo Album?

The digital photo album contains pictures and a video from your week of camp and is included with your camp registration. The digital photo album will allow you to conveniently access your photos from any computer, phone, or tablet! In addition, this online album allows us to provide you with more pictures since there is no storage limit, and unlike a USB, you can't lose these pictures! You will be sent a link and password the week after you attend camp.
